With the increasing consciousness about environment and reviseing of environmental regulations, green chemical is highly valued by pepole regulally. The water polyurethane with water as the basic medium,which is pollution-free and energy concervation,has been greatly used as alternative products of solvent polyurethane in many fields.Basic on the review about the development of waterborne polyurethane,This article reported the synthesis of polyester glycol with hydrophilic groups.The compound is characterized by IR,1H NMR and13C{1H} NMR characterization.It is also synthesized two kinds of different hydrophilic water polyurethane products which characterized by carboxylic acid and sulfonic acid,the various performance have been researched and explorated.Research work mainly includes the following four aspects.The first part,describing the history of waterborne polyurethane research in domestic and foreign countries. The selection of raw material and preparation methods, properties and application.Looking forward to the development prospects of WPU.The second part, with the highly stereoselectivity,highly catalytic reaction gentle and recycling of lipase catalysts, using the adipic acid dimethylolpropionic acid and glycol for the substrate, through optimizing the right lipase catalysts Novozyme-435, in80degrees, pressure is0.01MPa (76mm Hg), catalyst for1%of the total weight of the reactants, react24h, synthetize carboxyl with hydrophilic polyester glycol using a new way.The third part, using aliphatic polyester glycol T1136(Mw=1000), PBA2000(Mw=2000), six times the methylene diisocyanate HDI and2,2-dimethylolpropionic acid DMPA as the main raw products, then adopting the method of acetone, successful synthesizes two series of waterborne polyurethane type HDI carboxylic acid.Discussing the influence about the amount of DMPA using on the viscosity water resistance, heat resistance, tensile property and peel strength property of WPU.The fourth part, discussing sulfonic acid type chain extension agent aliphatic diamine sulphonate AAS-Na, then synthesizes HDI sulfonic acid type water-borne polyurethane by using polyester glycol PBA2000, diisocyanate HDI, ethylenediamine and aliphatic diamine sulphonate AAS-Na as the main raw products, then discusses the close water extender chain agent AAS-Na which affectes particle size of WPU emulsion, dosage of water resistance, heat resistance, tensile property and peel strength property.
