The topic mainly research for the application of FeS in dealing with wastewarter with copper and tin complexed with organics matter difficulted to degradation.Such wastewarter generally have high concentrations of heavy metals and biological toxicity, biodegradation can not be used directly, consequently, we need to explore an economical and suiTable chemical treatment to remove the toxic heavy metals previously. Finally, we from the point of view about the basic theory to analyze and demonstrate the chemical processes, and to achieve the purpose of theory into practice.(1) the paper on the basis of previous studies, through repeated experimental study to determine a cost-effective chemical treatment program. Wastewater is oxidized by fenton oxidation process, sedimented under alkaline conditions, most of the copper, tin will be removed, but water still have high concentrations of copper. Combined with the results of previous studies, the experimental demonstration of a variety of methods, comparison and selection, only FeS precipitate conversion process is economical, applicable, The final effluent could meet emission standards, processing costs is lower.(2) experiments to explore the optimal reaction conditions for the process. Best conditions For fenton oxidation process about the dosage of H2O2is30ml/L,[Fe2+][H2O2]=0.3, pH=4, T=20℃, t=60min; Best condition for Alkaline is pH=10; Best conditions for FeS precipitate conversion process of FeS dosage of2.0mg/L, mesh of FeS particle is100to140, pH=3.5, t=12min, spined speed is150r/min.(3) optimize the treatment process. COD removal efficiency is not considered, adjust ratio of [Fe2+]/[H2O2] to optimized fenton oxidation process, The dosage of H2O2reduced from30ml/L to16ml/L, concentrations of copper, tin after FeS conversion process can still meet emission standards, but the costs are reduced more than doubled. data indicate that, as the reaction proceeds, pH of FeS precipitate conversion process will continue to rise, under the same conditions, plus appropriate acid maintained pH at3-4, the processing efficiency is significantly enhanced.(4) analyzing spectroscopy of water treated to clarify principle of fenton oxidation, analyzing spectroscopy of sediment to illustrate theory of FeS precipitate conversion process.At the same time,on the basis of studying of kinetics of FeS precipitate conversion process to establish models of physical and mathematical about macroscopic reaction rate, Deduced mathematical formula to improve the theoretical study,finally,using mathematical factors to explain the phenomenon, establish the connection between conditions outside and mathic factors, and eventually guide practice.
