MOCA, a common name of3,3’-dichloro-4,4’-diaminodiphenyl methane,which can be used as a polyurethane and an epoxy resin crosslinked with a curing agent for the kind of aromatic diamine, is widely used in the manufacturing of automobiles,machinery and sports facilities.It is very significient to study the synthesis and craft of MOCA.In this thesis, using nitrochlorobenzene as a raw material is to synthesize o-chloroaniline which is based on studying the catalystic hydragenation.MOCA is synthesized by the condensation of o-chloroaniline and formaldehyde under the catalyst of acid.Through study of the catalystic hydrogenation, a series of amorphous alloy catalysts which are based on chemical reduction have been synthesized.A good amorphous alloy catalyst Ni-Co-W-B is synthesized, which is used in the catalytic hydrogenation reaction of nitrochlorobenzene.The catalyst has high catalytic activity and high selectivity.The conversion rate and selectivity of the catalyst can reach100.00%and99.90%respectively.At last TEM, XRD and XPS are used as a catalytic characterization.The second step is to study the synthesis of MOCA, which uses o-chloro-aniline as a raw material, by changing the types of acid-catalyzed and formaldehyde. Polymer is effectively reduced by using30%sulfuric acid solution instead of the traditional solution of hydrochloric acid and using the formaldehyde solids instead of formaldehyde solution.The yield and purity of MOCA can reach95.87%and99.89%respectivitely.These datas can provide certain references for translating the synthesis of MOCA into the industrialization.
