Crops straw resources are abundant in China of which the production is about6million tons every year. Most of it were burned, and only a little used for industrial production. It is not only to cause pollution to the environment, but also to waste precious biological resources. To utilize straw resources is alleviate to the increasingly serious energy crisis and to realize the sustainable agricultural development strategy have the significant practical significance.Most of modern industrial sewage agents is to adopt the traditional chemical methods of synthesis, which is difficult to be operated, and the cost is high, easy to cause serious pollution. Therefore, it is very important to find a kind of high efficient sewage agents with no pollution, low cost and easy synthesis to industrial wastewater treatment. The experiment was using irradiation to synthesis straw cellulose-acrylamide cationic flocculating agent, using60Coy rays as straw cellulose-acrylamide graft copolymerizational triggering system. Discussed cellulose in LiCI/nonpolar solvent system solubility from dissolving mechanism.3factors were Studied in the reaction process as irradiation dose, LiCI/10-channel DMAc solution concentration, raw materials-monomer ratio; Prepared cationic flocculant for kaolin simulation sewage treatment and rice straw pulp and papermaking wastewater treatment flocculant trials. Test the water treatment and turbidity, chrominance and COD change testing for the synthesis of flocculant actual effect.And get the conclusion:(1)Best synthesis conditions for straw cellulose-acrylamide cationic flocculant:acrylamide dosage3g,10%LiCl/DMAcl50ml,the solubility temperature100℃radiation dose9KGy. According to the best condition synthesis graft copolymers grafted rate can reach more than50%.(2)In Gaolin simulation sewage treatment, straw cellulose modified cationic flocculant in pH5.1,thro wing dose110mg/L, which flocculation effect is the best, turbidity removal to63%.(3) In wastewater treatment, straw cellulose modified cationic flocculant in shots is110mg/L,the chroma of chromaticity removal can reach the highest; pH7, throwing dose100mg/L, which flocculation effect is the best, turbidity removal to58.7%. Throwing dose100mg/L, which turbidity removal to65.3%. pH7,50grafted rate, remaining turbidity is the lowest, turbidity removal rate is the highest, flocculant turbidity removal efficiency get75%, pH7, amine degree is43.9%remaining turbidity is the lowest, turbidity removal rate is68.1%which is the highest, flocculation agent on the turbidityget the best effect. |
