Now more and more people treat outdoor sports as stylish leisure, requirements for outdoor equipment are also enhancing, not only comfortable, but also beautiful. Therefore,many foreign companies are increasing emphasis on outdoor wear, especially Jackets pattern design. However, domestic study on Jackets pattern is relatively small; the pattern design theory is deficient. Lack of theoretical research determining the urgency of this study. Especially consumer groups for a brand Jackets depth product-overall pattern design study have no research, so this study is very necessary. Specific brand,for instance, how to make the Jackets better meet the needs of the target consumer groups, and guidance needed by the human body static and dynamic form of analysis to the pattern design. This article is based on the overall pattern design study for T brand’s Jackets pattern, in order to meet target consumer groups’ different requirements of dynamic comfort and static aesthetic. The main research of this thesis content is as follows:1. The market research based on jackets pattern and functional comfort, mainly obtained the age distribution of the target consumer groups in T brand, purchase purposes, the preferences of clothing style and sleeves styling, outdoor sports action as well as pattern problems.2. Throng anthropometric measures of T brand’s target consumer groups, body data of the26parts of25-35years old and35-45years old age adult men of the north, northeast region can be obtained.Then using the SPSS statistical analysis software to get two adult men ages intermediates human body data and analysis each body feature, By univariate and bivariate regression analysis to establish the regression equation of the various parts of the body. Reflect the direction of body length, girth and the data variation of various parts of the body from the different levels. Finally, made summary of the body data from25-45year old age groups of north and northeast, ovtained the intermediates number type (175-96-B) and determined the thesis’s study object.3. Intermediate is an object of study, from human dynamic, static measurements of experiments, we can obtain the size change amount and the rate of change of the27body parts of the human body in14dynamic postures.4. Body dimensions using descriptive statistics analysis, factor analysis, and so on, to obtain maximum, minimum, mean, and standard deviation of body anthropometric data in static, from that determine the key dimensions of the human body, Study of the impacts on key measurements due to different body dynamic movements can provide objective data supporting for scientific and rational pattern design.5. Based on determining the basic styles of the Jackets, in-depth analysis of pattern variable key parameters, and combine a priori sample experiment to set the variable range of the key parameters, and orthogonal test to seek a static aesthetics and dynamic comfort to achieve the optimal parameter combinations, finally, total16samples of different parameter combinations lay the foundation for samples static, dynamic dress evaluation experiments.6. A subjective evaluation and objective evaluation to experimental samples, where the subjective evaluation is done on the basis of the established subjective evaluation system, experimental samples dynamic comfort and static aesthetics evaluation are divided into two parts, the subjective evaluation results are obtained.The objective evaluation is accomplished by using image processing technique and wavelet transform to obtain the objective evaluation results of the standard deviation of the gray image, the wavelet standard deviation.7. Friedman and Kendall’s W are used to test and prove the effectiveness of the evaluation data of the experimental samples. R cluster indicators determine the9index of dynamic evaluation and the5index of static evaluation ultimately.Then16experimental samples of different parameter combinations were made the arrangement according to their dynamic comfort and static aesthetic with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Range analysis and variance analysis are used to analyzed orthogonal experiment results,and then found out the optimum parameter combinations according to the different requirements of comfort and aesthetics, and the order of every parameter on the impact of the orthogonal experiment results. Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and Partial correlation analysis, the mathematical model of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result of the samples and the pattern parameters of the samples are established.8. Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test and Sign test are used to test and prove the effectiveness and reliability of the established mathematical mode. Thesis research findings are made to guide the pattern design of the Jackets finally, examples of applications and Jackets production are finished, and the effect of the Jackets is presented. This thesis study on the whole pattern design of the Jackets firstly, analyzed and screening key parameters, which affected dynamic comfort and static aesthetic of Jackets, and research to get four structure parameters that the sleeves tilt angle, sleeve cap height, armhole dig under quantity, back width on comfortable and aesthetic of Jackets relationship, and to establish the appropriate regression model, to determine the optimum structural parameters combinations of different performance requirements. Finally, the thesis research findings are made to guide the pattern design of the Jackets, provides a direct, practical techniques for enterprise Jackets pattern design, so the thesis has great theoretical value and guiding significance.
