People now have more and more requests on the performance of specialfunctional coatings with the continuous development of science and technology.Some organic coatings who has high heat resistance, high wear-resisting and highcorrosion resistance become the first choice of protective equipment in some severeoperating conditions. The poor heat-resistant performance of the commonly usedorganic resin has limited their application scope. With the previous basic researchwork, we product several functional coatings with PPESK and PPENK who havedifferent structure and have system research on the factors who have influence onthe coating’s performance, what provide further guide to its production.We optimized the formulation and preparation process of the PPESKtemperature heat insulation coating. The PPESK coating we produced has goodheat-shielding performance and heat-resistant performance, its basic parameters:impact strength of coating:50cm、hardness:≥5H、adhesion:≤1level、flexibility:≤1mm,It has excellent comprehensive performance.The formulation and fabrication techniques of the PPESK self-lubricatingwear-resisting coating was systematic studied. The effect of packing type andmodification of packing on the performance of PPESK self-lubricatingwear-resisting coating was examined and the formulation of the coating is optimized.The coating without Sic and Si3N4presents typical adhesion wear. It consists ofadhesion wear transition to abrasive wear. The coating who has1%SiC or1%Si3N4has the lowest wear loss and the shows excellent comprehensive performance.The effect of the anticorrosion packing on PPESK high temperature resistantanticorrosive coating’s performance was researched. The research found that the Piron powder or iron oxide has their own advantages. The Xenon lamp resistance aging performance of PPESK high temperature resistant coating is importantlystudied. The PPESK high temperature resistant anticorrosion coating we producedhas excellent heat resistance and wear-resisting performance.Production process of PPENK water-based heat resistance coating was systemresearched. The hydrolysis of PPENK, the effect of the choice of emulsifier,dissolvent, curing agent, curing process on the performance of PPENK water-basedheat resistance coating was studied. The coating we produced has excellent basicperformance, good heat resistant and anticorrosion performance.
