| A kind of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and plating experiment facility was presented. The problem of single function of supercritical carbon dioxide equipment was resloved. And the multiple requirements of supercritical carbon dioxide technology research were met.The processes and the applications of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, supercritical carbon dioxide cleaning and supercritical carbon dioxide electroless plating were detailed summarized. An improvement plan was presented in order to solve the shortcomings of the existing supercritical carbon dioxide extraction process. Based on this improvement, the process of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and plating experiment facility was put forward, which could achieve supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, supercritical carbon dioxide cleaning and supercritical carbon dioxide electroless plating, and the specific operation process was described. According to the process, a set of supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and plating experiment facility was built. All of common equipments were reselected. And the extractor, the separator, the electroless plating kettle, and so on was innovatively designed. The equipment layout and the pipeline design scheme of the facility were showed. The supercritical carbon dioxide extraction and plating experiment facility can meet the requirements of experiment research of three processes of the supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, supercritical carbon dioxide cleaning and supercritical carbon dioxide electroless plating.Based on FLUENT software, the numerical simulations of internal flow field inside supercritical carbon dioxide extractor and electroless plating kettle were carried out. The uniform distribution of internal flow field of equipments was checked. |
