By sewage treatment plant, refinery sewage produced in the oil refining process willproduce large amounts of the grease trap sediment, the flotation pool scum and remainingactive sludge, commonly known as the refinery "three mud". Due to the special nature ofreifnery sludge, the diiffculty of dehydration and processing is bigger and the cost is higher,which has been plagued the country of the reifning sector environmental problems. Themicrowave is an electromagnetic wave of rfequency300MHz?300GHz,the wavelength inthe100cm~1mm,when the microwave acting on an object,has a special thermal effects andnon-thermal effects In this paper, the study on the refinery sludge processing with microwavehas achieved the purpose to reduce, harmless and reuse treatment.According to the analysis of current domestic and foreign oil refinery sludge treatmenttechnology, and the characteirstics of refinery sludge and microwave, in this paper theexperimental research on the following:(1) the refinery sludge samples analysis experiment;(2) the traditional method to deal with the contrast experiment scum flotation pool;(3)microwave parameters on the flotation pool dehydration effect the analysis of the influencescum on experiment;(4) microwave processing lfotation pool scum product analysisexperiment;(5) microwave parameters of the oil pool treatment effect of impact analysis ofsediment experiment;(6) to join sensitizaiton agent of the microwave parameters atfer oil pooltreatment effect of impact analysis of sediment expeirment;(7) microwave processingflotation pool scum product analysis expeirment; the theoretical analysis, a regression curveand the mathematical model.The expeirmental results show that the microwave processing on flotation pool scum canmake its reduction for about29%of the oirginal volume, emerge the COD values of dropwater for356.2mg/L, to deal with the2.12%before,the caloirifc value of the solid phase for:14.32MJ/kg; the gas, liquid and solid three-phase products separated from Microwaveprocessing on the grease trap sediment have high eiffciency.Through the indoor experimentresearch, proved the feasibility of reifnery sludge processing with microwave,and can achievereduce, harmless and reuse treatment requirements, this will for the development of therefinery sludge treatment technology is a milestone. |
