As the main equipment of the exploitatio—oil drilling rigs, its high performance requirements is growing day by day while the mining depth and difficulty is increasing at the same time. As the basis of an important part of the oil rig-the rig base, it carries the maximum load force in the drilling process, and bear the influence of natural environment and human factors.This paper takes China’s first12000m drilling produced by Baoji Petroleum Machinery for example, combined with the design of the API Spec4F《drilling and work-over structure norms》on an oil rig base, simplify the.original structure and retain the main support component, then use of Pro/engineer to create a new entity finite element analysis model.According to the existing stage in the base of the drilling rig wedge beam application, make the base load analysis, give the formula of the beam are wedge and calculation process, and seek the wedge made the analytical solution of the beams. At the same time in ANSYS, the large-scale unit in the wedge made to the meshing root beams, this paper discusses12000m drill base the large-scale unit the necessity of mesh.According to the latest API Spec4F《drilling and work-over structure specification》 load design principles, focusing on selected working conditions a, b, c, d, e-five kinds of static load cases, completion of the static characteristics of the substructure analysis, get the base of the drilling rig, stress and strain are analyzed, and gives a simple safety assessment. Also analyze the substructure of12000m drilling intrinsic mode frequency.
