Analyze Nonlinear statics of Bottom Hole Assembly is very important to design BHA and make a reasonable choice for drilling parameters。Therefore, Based on the prcvious works and the engineering experience of drilling technology, Analyze and calculate the BHA from the aspect of Nonlinear statics。The content includes:(1) According to the working conditions of the bottom hole assembly inthe well, Considering the longitudinal bending of the drill caused by the weight and WOB role,and Nonlinear contact between BHA and Sidewall。Create the geometry of the bottom hole assembly and contact nonlinear statics model。(2) Use of finite element analysis of the spatial beam element and the contact gap France Analyzing and solving the dual nonlinear statics model of the bottom hole assembly。(3) Analysis of the nonlinear buckling of the drill string,And to consider under the influence of tangential friction in the drill string gravity and wall, Using differential quadrature method,Straight wells drilled nonlinear buckling governing differential equations were solved。(4) Analysis of bottom hole threaded connection zone stress distribution, Structural optimization design of the bottom hole threaded joints, Conditions to meet the bottom hole strength, Improved thread stressrelief groove caneffectively reduce the stress concentration level of the bottom hole threaded connection。...
