The current problems of environmental pollution and energy crisis have direct or indirect connection with chemistry engineering. To develop technology of energy saving and green chemical engineering conforms to the historical current with great significance. Dimethyl malonate, which is prepared with serious environmental pollution and hidden danger in industrial scale at present, is an important organic synthetic intermediate. The green synthesis of dimethyl malonate is put forward in this topic. The operation conditions of this process are relatively mild and safe. The resource utilization is relatively full and rational.It has been studied in this topic that probable effects of factors such as type and dosage of catalyst, type and dosage of solvent, ratio of material, time of reaction, etc. on green synthesis of dimethyl malonate. The preliminary experiment results show that types of catalyst and solvent are important factors of reactions. It is beneficial to the production of dimethyl malonate that by reaction in catNH-solPO system and in catNO-solPE system. The synthesis reactions have been further studied by means of regression design. The optimum conditions which maximize the formation amount of dimethyl malonate in this topic are as follows:catalyzed by sodium hydride of methyl acetate [n(methyl acetate):n(cat.)=2.661] with dimethyl carbonate [n(dimethyl carbonate):n(cat)=2.713] in solPO [n(solPO):n(cat.)=3.583] for1h, the theoretical yield of dimethyl malonate is40.72%. |
