The environmental protection consciousness of people is increasing with the rapid development of social economic, the request of product oil quality is becomes higher and higher all over the world, the method to improve the quality of light oil is the task of every Petroleum Enterprise. In this thesis we analyzed the design of raw material’s condition in our factory that corresponds to the RVHT hydrogenation technology of wax and suitability of catalyst in RIPP. Firstly, We gave examples of refined oil technology in the world and described the characteristics of every thecnology. Secondly, we analysed the whole process of enterprise and the optimal method for light oil yielding according to the specific conditions of equipments. We analysed some index about the investment, energy consumption and quality of products according to the practical situation in enterprise, the RVHT hydrogenation technology of wax and matching RN-32V catalyst were choosed. Thirdly, we elaborate the situation about developments and result of industrial test of hydrogenation technology of wax and the production of RN-32V catalyst according the analysis and explanation of the feature of RVHT hydrogenation technology and RN-32V catalyst. We find out the merit of this technology and catalyst base on the analysis of the service condition of RVHT hydrogenation technology and RN-32V catalyst in domestic enterprises and the calibration report. At last, we have modeling toward the raw material in our factory and Simulated, the quality of light oil is improved significantly by the RVHT hydrogenation technology of wax and RN-32V catalyst, the design and construction of the equipment was base on the calculation results.
