The Twenty-first Century is the times of quick life rhythm, people urgently need to release the pressure produced in the tension life, and the large amusement device has brought hitherto unknown experience and stimulation to people. Along with the scale、higher speed and the innovation structure of large amusement device. The modeling design and the safety requirements are also getting higher.Illustrated by the case of the large amusement device-The world’s highest Ferris wheel newly build at the top of the Canton Tower (the first Tower of China, The third Tower of the World). Aim at the special location and complexity structure of the large amusement device, according to the design rule, creatively proposed the overall modeling design scheme based on the Amusement device safety code and ergonomics principle.The Computer Aided Industrial Design technology is useful in the conceptual design of spherical cabin. The best concept design scheme is analyzed on the basis of the evaluation; choose the best scheme of reasonable structure and high tech and science fiction sharp. Detail structure design based on the further improves of the best design scheme.Finally using the Computer Aided Engineering technology test and verify the modeling design scheme of the large amusement device. Analyses and evaluate the safety of parts with large stress, for the further optimize of better modeling and structure.The conclusion of this paper and research methods has the reference value for modeling design and verification of the large amusement device.
