Four kinds of representative flue gas decarbonization were compared and evaluated, a grey synthetic decision making system with use of an analytic process (AHP) was introduced to evaluate the performance of fiue gas decarbonization technology from four aspects, which were technology technology performance, economic performance, environmental and social benifit. Decarburaton with ammonia absorbing process was regarded as one of the most influential technology. In addition, ammonia method decarburization system was designed for600MW unit. The influence factors of the decarburization efficiency were elaborated, the material balance application was writed by VB language, and the application was helpful for designer. At the same time, absorption tower structure (diameter, height) was designed, and then carried on the number simulation of the air distribution characteristic with software of fluent6.2, determined the boundary conditions, calculated with standard k-ε2-equation model and SIMPLE algorithm; and analysed influence of air distribution board, entry angle of flue gas and spray ammonia speed on flow field. The results show that the airflow distribution can be uniformed by setting up air distribution board. And the role of air distribution plate was affirmed and determined a reasonable angle of entrance flue and a optimal speed of spraying of ammonia. The numerical simulation result is more reasonable and can be used as the reference of optimizing the structural design of spray tower structure.
