With new developments in international terrorism, small size, light weight,powerful and can cause great destruction to carry the new explosives, such as thecontinuous use of liquid explosives, to people’s lives and property caused great harm.The traditional X-ray, CT and other technology security devices are not accurate andrapid detection of these new explosives. How accurately and quickly determine whetherthe target sample containing inflammable and explosive materials, it is our urgentproblems. For this reason, people set their sights on the packaging material by directdetection of transparent liquid have a unique advantage of Raman spectroscopy. TheRaman technique appears to take advantage of Raman technique for the environmenteffectively and quickly identify material pointed out the direction.In this paper, Raman spectroscopy to study the scene, through the redesign of thedata processing part of the noise threshold function, the use of wavelet noise reductionalgorithm, the use of self-generated design noise threshold function threshold, made avery good noise reduction. Greatly improves the on-site environment, Greatly improvethe processing precision of the Raman spectra in the field environment, able toaccurately read out the income KNO3Raman spectra in the near1071cm-1peak-NO3symmetric stretching vibration caused near1140cm-1peak is asymmetric stretchingvibration between the K-NO3-induced Raman peak position.
