| In recent years,the world is brewing in the low-carbon industry technology innovation and breakthrough of low-carbon economy into a crisis after a new round of growth,driven by the power of the first breakthrough in the country will become the leader of a new round of growth.To adapt to the trend of this development, transmission flat belts need to further improve the transfer efficiency,reduce energy consumption,so as to achieve power saving to extend the service life of purpose.With textile technology continues to improve,how to improve the value of the products have become more and more textile enterprises hotspot.The continuous influx of foreign state-of-the-art textile equipment into China,its technology and equipment to keep the development of high-speed and efficient direction,with the development of new green drive flat imperative.In this paper we firstly introduce the environmental thermoplastic materials which were used in our green transmission belt.We choose several engineering thermoplastic elastomer(PA/NBR,TPU,TPEE,TPAE) through the contrast test and finaly a new type of transmission with thermoplastic material and the composition and ratio of the host material and the modifying agent were investigated and determined.The melting point of the thermoplastic material particles reached175~185degrees celsius.Shaw A hardness reached90±3degree.The extrusion molding process of the thermoplastic sheet material was investigated,and the Same section thickness deviation was less than or equal to0.03mm.High-strength polyester fabric with international advanced level was developed,and it was using a special method of weaving.In order to obtain good adhesion properties and stiffness,we studied the process of the fabric.We researched and developed new thermoplastic sheet with skeleton coverage bonding scheme.We studied antistatic surface friction layer rubber formula and choosed to make the surface pattern.In this article,we compared the performance of the green transmission belt,which was prepared of ordinary nitrile rubber and carboxyl nitrile rubber.Also we made design of the optimization for ordinary nitrile rubber and carboxyl nitrile rubber,We determined the carboxyl nitrile rubber and ordinary nitrile rubber and ratio for**for the best state.This not only ensured the price advantage,and gave belt good performance,solved the previous surface friction material problems such as wear easily off powder,easy aging crack,etc.In order to solve the previous sulfur in acrylonitrile butadiene rubber non-uniform dispersion problems,we selected the dispersant sulphur.Carboxyl nitrile rubber will scorch easily.because of its higher activity,so we choosed aftereffect accelerator A which did not produce nitrosamines also with primary accelerator accelerator B.This can guarantee fast curing rate,and guarantee the sulfurization security.and in the process of production there is no nitrosamines which is harmful to human health.This progame accords with the eu REACH regulation.green environmental protection.We choose silica nanometer aluminum silicate and silica as reinforcing agent,a moderate amount of silane coupling agent as bridging agent.This will procure a nitrile rubber chemically firmly bonded,effectively improving the dispersibility of the nano-powder in the mixing process,and to a certain extent to reduce the formation of the tortoise crack tip branching,thereby improving the anti turtle crack growth of the composite materialperformance.We choose antiager C,antioxidant D and protective wax and protective system, three synergy not only antioxidant and physical protective film role, and does not damage zone body color.On the basis of the above after repeated to cure temperature,curing time, vulcanization pressure repeated test,We make the best sulfide composite process.
