The system of integrated coal automation achieved control, monitor and spray dustsuppression and other functions for Automatic production of coal. Improve the high-productionand high-efficiency of coal production and it presents great significance to improve domesticautomation level of the coal synthesis-exploit.It’s an innovation in the paper that S7-300PLC produced by Germany Siemens Companythe field-bus RS-485spray dust and digital voice technology are applied to the automatic controlsystem of coal synthesis-exploit, for on-site layer start-stop control logic layer device through acombination of on-site auxiliary controller, underground layer of device-site environmentalparameters collected by the485bus to the master. The production information underground istransmitted to the monitor up ground in real time with industrial Ethernet.It has built a test system and by the simulated mine environment to test the function of thesystem through the experiment. The experiment basically achieved the real-time monitoring ofdown hole equipment, automatic spray dust and accurate digital voice alarm. In the simulationInoue monitoring system can also be run properly display device information and status withWINCC.The automatic control system of the coal synthesis-exploit compared with the traditionalcontrol systems, shows a short development cycle and the high reliability, real-time, accuracy,also enhance the safety of the coal production.
