| Microcystis aeruginosa was overspreading all over the world, with increasing water bodies of eutrophication. The heptapeptide compound produced by single cell cyanobacteria not only caused human liver cancer, but also affected regular growth of aquatic plant and animal, at last leaded to the serious ecosystem unbalance. This paper was studied the inhibition of Sophura japonica cv. Pendula on the growth of Microcysis aeruginosa and its inhibition mechanism, extraction and identified one of the algal material. There were four parts:(1) The study about Sophura japonica cv. Pendula leaves extract on the inhibition of Microcystis aeruginosa:treatment of extracts obtained with its configuration BG11medium for the cultivation of Microcystis aeruginosa test. The results show that the extract inhibited cell growth and promote etiolated algal cells die.(2) The allelochemicals of Sophura japonica cv. Pendula were preliminary isolated and identified by the means of ethanol solvent extraction:respectively hexane, ethyl acetate, butanol organic solvents extraction, the extracts were concentrated treatment, respectively, for Aeruginosa experiments. The results showed that the hexane phase algal rate of97.89%.(3) Experimental results show that the mechanism of algal:algal cells during the experiment changes in physiological indexs, algal growth and chlorophyll content of cells significantly decreased; soluble protein content and SOD activity increased during early period then decreased.(4)Sophura japonica cv. Pendula leaves allelochemicals extracted by HPLC, GC-MS identification, and material which mainly consisted of alcohols, ketones, and terpenoids. |
