Nitrilon wastewater is a kind of high COD, complicated composition, biochemical sex differences, contain toxic and harmful substances, and difficult to degradation of industrial waste water. At present domestic for nitrilon wastewater treatment exists generally processing effects low, can’t make wastewater discharged stable water-quality and water quality fluctuations, lack of follow-up treatment technology and other problems, so developing nitrilon wastewater deep and strengthening treatment for nitrilon wastewater treatment is very important.In this paper, taking Jilin chemical fiber group DMAC wet two step method to produce the acrylic fiber wastewater as the research foundation, through the stalling precipitation experiment and the monitoring of organic pollutants,makes an analytical for this nitrilon waste water pollution. Based on this experiment taking passing water after biochemical treatment as the research object,and two grates A/O and MBR of nitrilon as the strengthening treatment process of the waste water respectively, study and compare the two improved treatment technology for wastewater treatment effect of the nitrilon. The results of the study show that:Taking Two grates A/O as strengthen treatment process. Effects of HRT、glucose and sodium bicarbonate dosing quantity on the two grates A/O process were studied. According to the experiment results, when the HRT of two grates A/O is24h, the COD removal rate can reach16%, the NH4-N removal rate can reach36%. With glucose as a medicament, when take use of glucose, which add dosage is0.25g/L, the COD is below204mg/L. With sodium bicarbonate as a medicament, when take use of sodium bicarbonate, which add dosage is0.25g/L, the NH4-N is below20mg/L. Characteristics of pollutants DMAC and acrylonitrile it has very good remove effect.Taking Membrane bioreactor (MBR) as a method for strengthen treatment process, the results of the study show that for COD in waste removal of nitrilon the membrane separation effect plays a main role, also examines the hydraulic retention time to treatment effect of the MBR method, when the HRT of MBR is24h, the COD removal rate can reach30.1%, the NH4-N removal rate can reach78.8%.Two strengthen treatment process is able to improve nitrilon wastewater treatment effect, which makes the effluent water more stable, although the removal efficiency of MBR is superior to two grates A/O, but in the practical engineering, two grates A/O is superior to the MBR.
