Dichlorophenylphosphine(DCPP) molecular include two active chlorine atoms, the pentavalent organophosphorus compounds will be get after the action between DCPP and oxygen or DCPP and sulfur, DCPP is an important organic intermediate, is an important chemical material. It could be widely used to synthesis pesticide, stabilizer, plasticizer, antioxidant and photopolymer intermediate, is an important material to synthesis bis (p-carboxyphe-nylphosphine oxide. So, developing new techniques to synthesis DCPP have very important industrial value.In this paper, the synthetic conditions for flame-retardant monomer dichlorophenylphosphine(DCPP) were researched. Using the comminuted crystal of NaCl as the bondage agent, the influence of synthetic conditions on the yield of DCPP was studied, and the structure and purity of DCPP was analyzed by the using of IR and GC. The yield of DCPP can reached76%.In this paper,[bpc]Br-xAlCl3, pyridine-1,2dichloroethane-xAlCl3, pyridine-bromoethane-xAlCl3, pyridine-tert-butyl bromide-xAlCl3, pyridine-dichloromethane-xAICI3, pyridine-n-octyl bromide-xAlCl3, pyridine-ethylene dibromide-xAlCl3, pyridine-tetrachloroethane-xAlCl3and pyridine-trichloroethane-xAlCl3ionic liquids were prepared, and the structure characterization of ionic liquids were made by the using of IR. Using them as the catalyst to synthesis of DCPP, and the catalytic activity, synthetic conditions, ability of reusing were discussed. It is found that both the [bpc]Br-xAlCl3ionic liquids and pyridine-1,2dichloroethane-xAlCl3ionic liquids possessed better catalytic activity and reusing ability than AlCl3. The yield of DCPP respectively reached82.23%and61.8%, and the yield still respectively reached55.1%after the pyridine-1,2dichloroethane-xAlCl3ionic liquids was reused seven times.At the same time, the AlCl3loaded molecular sieve and [bpc]Br-xAlCl3ionic liquids loaded molecular sieve were prepared and used as the catalyst to synthesis of DCPP,[bpc]Br-xAlCl3was used to catalyse BMPPS.
