Fortunately, because of their special characteristics, computer numerical control (CNC) machine tools can suit these requirements. As soon as possible to change the backwardness of China’s machinery manufacturing industry, and in order to enhance the level of China’s equipment manufacturing industry, we must quickly develop high-precision CNC machine tools.This paper analyzed the current domestic and international research and CNC numerical control production, based on vertical CNC turning machine control system for the design situation, proposed control system design of the basic steps in general, with some advanced and practical value.This paper introduces the CNC turning machine and CNC system development and the requirements for the vertical turning machine, vertical lathe control system proposed overall design and other electrical system design,as well as I/O design.Then introduced the vertical CNC lathe servo control loop, and the current loop, velocity loop, position loop. CNC lathe servo drive control system research and analysis for the development of high precision CNC machine tools to provide a theoretical basis.Then introduces an intelligent control algorithm, the fuzzy PID control, and machine tool servo control system for the structure, designed a kind of parameter self-tuning fuzzy controller, the last pair of fuzzy PI controller simulation studies and through the fuzzy PI the original PI control system and control system performance comparison and analysis, testing of the designed parameters self-tuning fuzzy PI controller rationality and effectiveness.Then according to various aspects of lathe control requirements for the selection of NC system, including CNC module, spindle servo system, the servo systems and other modules and the equipment selection, and complete CNC system hardware design and connection.Finally, the control system, a software programming, and using a modular design method for the control system software design brings great convenience, use the ladder to the final process of each module were given for the future development of more high-precision CNC lathes played an important role. |
