This essay is about the continuation and improvement of the subject of last year. The gymnastic horse mentioned in this essay is a health-care product, which is designed with The theories of bionics and the principles of ergonomics. It can prevent and alleviate the cervical vertebra disease; it’s also applied for burning extra fat of hip and belly.Firstly, we did research on the current white-collar workers of the health of the community, and then made sure the direction of our research, that is the subject of gymnastic horse. Later, after learned the horse movement, we researched mechanism synthesis and mechanism variation and proposed the kinematic sketch of mechanism of the gymnastic horse. Through the structural diagram of movement and the analysis of crank-rocker and cylindrical cam mechanism, the horse’s movement track is defined. In the design, schematic is used for analysis. The structure adopts cylindrical cam and the eccentric shaft to simulate the action of horse movement characteristics. Variation of crank-rocker mechanism is employed to act as eccentric axis of the main body for simulation of horse movement, cam structure to achieve left-right lateral movement. The two are connected through the gear pair in order to achieve synchronization. Secondly, the modeling and sizes of horse are defined in accordance with the principle of bionics and ergonomics. Thereafter, combined with the exercise principle, my design idea is expressed by the Pro/e three-dimensional modeling. After numerous modifications, the three-dimensional simulation of body-building horse graphics is established. For future reference, the simulation database is built by simulation of various components. Third, through Mech/pro interface, the adoption of three-dimensional model has been led into Adams software for dynamics and kinematics simulation. Finally, the three-dimensional model is transferred into a complete two-dimensional engineering drawing in CAXA software for further practical manufacturing.
