Analysis And Discussion On The Physical Inspection Cases In Baosteel

The quality is the basic of a company,therefore,quality inspection department is one of most important departments.With the rapid development of science and technology, the methods of quality inspection also has made progress. In this thesis, a brief introduction is made at first,about the function and the sort of product testing and physical inspection,in the meantime,it gives a presentation about several methods of physical inspection and a brief description of the testing and inspection department in baosteel.Meantime, physical inspectionit of Baosteel also met lots of problems,including data abnormal,custom objection and other difficult appeared with new technology. There problems not only bring us different,but also economic loss. In this thesis,according to the problem met in baosteel and my own experience, chooses several cases we met in work and gives a detail explanation about how we solved them through some new software and tables and figs. And draws several conclusions below:1) Through analysis and test of MP1200in baosteel,the test of yield strength of high strength should be inspected in a special method because of the chosen range of modulus of elasticity.2) Different cold rolled sheet may be influenced in different way by aging.some are very insensitive like B170P1、DC04and DC06,some are very sensitive,for example, B180H1and B280VK.Customs should be more conscientious when use this kind of sheets.3) According the request of Japanese custom, the Wca should be inspected.So we set a test conditon of25mm traversing length and Gaussian and Lf filter to do this test. Also, it’s clear that PPI is one of parameters in R-Profile,and it is related to the real length of the test.4) Confirm of the small-scale load accuracy makes it’s possible to set a T-peeling method on tensile test machine. And through comparing the test results with floating roller method, testified this method is more effective..In the end of this thesis, propose some personal ideas about quality inspection department. The physical Inspectionand department should not only raise its owe lever of technology,but also pay more attention to its function in company and social responsibility.
