Polyaniline as an important conductive polymer is given wide attention by scientists because of its simple synthesis methods, particular doping mechanism and excellent environmental stability. However, its insolubility in water and common organic solvents and infusibility make it difficult to be processed. In this paper, in order to improve the processabilit, PAni were synthesized with HC1, TSA and CSA doped respectively, and the secondary doping PAni were synthesized further. The PAni/OMMT and PAni/ABS composites were also synthesized. The samples were characterized by several inspecting methods such as SEM, Four-probe, XRD and TGA.The results showed that PAni-TSA has the highest conductivity, the conductivities of secondary-doping-PAni are less than that of primary-doping-PAni; The PAni-TSA has the best thermal stability among the emeraldine-salt-PAni, which is close to that of emeraldine-base-PAni; The thermal stability of emeraldine-salt-PAni/OMMT is better than that of emeraldine-salt-PAni. PAni-HC1can polymerize into the layers of OMMT, but PAni-TSA and PAni-CSA can not. The conductivities of PAni-H-OMMT and PAni-H-MMT are close to that of PAni-HC1, however the conductivities of PAni-T-OMMT is lower than that of PAni-TSA; The tensile strength of PAni-ABS is improved, whereas the tensile strength of PAni-H-ABS is reduced substantially due to the gas cavities occurring by decomposition of PAni-H.
