the pore size of Mesoporous molecular sieves can be adjusted in the range of2-50nm,which can fixed the active component in duct because of its window transmission effect, Itshelpful for reactant and product diffusion, therefore,very suitable for various kinds oforganic macromolecular materials catalytic synthesis reaction.Mesoporous molecularsieves not only has the larger aperture and has large specific surface area and orderly, neatmultidimensional porous, which means play an important role in separation, especially incatalytic reaction。But mesoporous molecular sieves materials has its limitations, mainlydisplays in: weak acid, Hole wall place more than amorphous state caused the low waterthermal stability.Therefore, the effect of use of mesoporous molecular sieves in catalyticchemistry its not good。In recent years, many scholars take metal or its oxide into the frameof mesoporous molecular sieve has improve the active, or within the surface modification,anchor and assembly method to combine with the mesoporous molecular sieves, theformation of the nanometer scale smooth and steady "object of materials". Because of itsmain, object of the effect and the object between subject and object material may havequantum size effect, small size effect, make the advantage of oneself mesoporousmolecular sieve in catalytic selective oxidation or polyolefin acid catalytic pyrolysisreaction, such as catalytic field in a wide range of applications.1. Preparation and application of Iron series metal-V-SBA-15The first to three EO20PO70EO20block copolymer (P123) as template agent, tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) as silicon source, under acidicconditions in the hydrothermalsynthesis of mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15, add the appropriate source of iron andvanadium source hot water direct synthesis, vanadium iron dual metal substituted SBA-15molecular sieve.Through the XRD, N2adsorption-desorption technique to characterize,confirmed that the material has a highly ordered six dimensional structure. In usinghydrogen peroxide as oxidant benzene hydroxylation reaction of iron, vanadium dual metal substituted molecular sieves SBA-15exhibited high catalytic activity, especially iron/vanadium equals5catalytic activity reaches a maximum value.2. Preparation and application of ⅡB-V-SBA-15ⅡB-V-SBA-15mesoporous molecular sieves were successfully prepared by traditionalincipient wetness method followed by the characterization of XRD, N2-absorption, FT-IR、TEMand so on. The results indicated that the metal replaced the SBA-15skeleton sixFangJie pore structure, maintain the heightof the order, but along with the increase of thenumber of ⅡB metal content, the photocatalytic activity gradually reduced.
