| With the rapid development of industry, science and technology is developingrapidly, and the manufacturing industry, monosodium glutamate molasses alcoholmanufacturing, citric acid manufacturing, leather manufacturing industries use largeamounts of sulfur industrial raw material, its wastewater emissions contains a lot oforganic matter and sulfate.At present, anaerobic biological treatment method ofwaste water containing high concentration organic compounds and highconcentration sulfate is mature,but also has certain limitation, mainly is highconcentration sulfate in anaerobic environment produce large amounts of toxicsubstances, inhibiting the growth and activity of the methanogens. The processingcan produce stink materia such as hydrogen sulphide and impact in the environmentsignificantly.This experiment designs one integrated A/O reactor having carbon removaland deodorization fuction, inspected the integrated A/O reactor startup and analyzedthe parameter variation in the process of startup. Also examines sulfure on the effectof the stability of the reactor, and the gas production, gas phase composition, ORP,pH, alkalinity and other parameters have a corresponding change. Having sulfure arnot all can achieve quick startup,but the COD removal rate as high as95%(notadding sulfate)better than the COD removal rate as high as90%(adding sulfate).After the successful startup, changing carbon/sulfate ratios conditions,inspected the integrated A/O reactor fuctions of carbon removal ang deodorization.The results found that three groups of reactor respectively COD removal rate comeup to91.1%,90.4%,88.2%steadily, the total COD removal rate come up to95.1%,92.4%,90.0%steadily. The H2S average concentration attain15.9mg/m~3,61.3mg/m~3,145.8mg/m~3respectively.The integrated A/O reactor gets rid of limitedH2S,when the SO42-concentration in the wastewater less than400mg/L,H2S are notdetected.The paper also examines biological desulphurization performance of theanaerobic sludge,the anaerobic sludge through training and enrichment of separation and purification were strains after separation, analysising growth conditionoptimization on the separation strains, and at the same time analysisingdesulfurization performance on the separation strains,and reviewing temperature, pH,training time different conditions on the influence on the desulfurizationperformance of the separation strains. The results show that the optimal temperaturefor growth strains is30℃, the optimal pH is7, the optimal concentration of sodiumthiosulfate is10g/L, ammonium chloride is the best nitrogen source, and the optimalconcentration is400mg/L. Strains of the separation of sulfide degradation rate comeup to90.1%, showing that they have the remarkable desulfurization effect of sulfide. |
