Water is the fountain of life of mankind’s survival. With the continuous progressof social development, human water use and consumption has already exceeded thecarrying capacity of the natural environment, and therefore improve the performanceof the wastewater treatment and secondary use of choice to solve this dilemma.The staff will usually direct dosing in wastewater bacteria for wastewatertreatment, although the method is simple and easy to operate, but likely to causebacterial loss and waste, increasing the cost of processing. However, the use ofimmobilized microbial technology bacterial biological carrier, either a high degree ofaggregation effects bacteria to reduce bacteria loss, but also enhance the effectsbacterial biological activity, to promote high performance and stability of wastewatertreatment during operation.Mycelial pellets generated by the fermentation of microorganisms as a particle,its good biological activity, rapid subsidence performance and simple solid-liquidseparation technology so that it can better be used in water treatment technology.However, the water environment as a complex ecosystem, water quality ingredientsand other water environmental factors uncertainty both will have the impact of thewastewater treatment performance of the mycelial pellets. Therefore, in order toresolve to break through this problem with the current widely used flocculant to thesuspension of pure mycelial Coccidioides diversity and unknown mixed culture,construct a new upgraded version of the mycelial pellets, to better adapt to thewastewater environment, which will become the focus of research in the field ofwastewater treatment.Experimental spore suspension of Aspergillus Y3as a carrier of growth of themycelial pellets basis points, the use of culture inoculation inorganic flocculantpolyaluminum chloride (PAC) and compound microbial flocculant F+, thus puremycelium ball, changesex. Improve contrast of the two kinds of flocculants on theperformance of the pure mycelium ball: two flocculant on the physical properties ofthe pure mycelium ball and adsorption properties of upgrading significant role in promoting and compound microbial flocculant F+bacteria on the simplemodification of the silk ball better than the inorganic flocculant polyaluminumchloride (PAC). Compound microbial flocculant F+modified mycelial pellets in thecase of the same mycelial coccidioides inoculum size, grow into a mycelium Spherediameter larger, more massive weight of the ball, the mycelial pellets static set afterthe accumulation of much larger, the same sinking shorter settling time of the bacteriain the environment, and the mechanical properties of the mycelium ball better.Were observed within the mycelial pellets after being flocculant modified can befound: pure mycelium ball control, both flocculants were changed the internalmorphology and structure of the mycelial pellets. The use of inorganic flocculantpolyaluminum chloride (PAC) of the modified mycelial pellets inside the twig-likestructure of the pure mycelium ball into connection with the large network structure,increasing the internal adsorption area of the mycelial pellets also reduced themycelial pellets of the material within the storage space; use of complex inorganicflocculants F+modified mycelial pellets still present within the twig-like structure,but different from the pure mycelial pellets is aLso attached on its twigs a largenumber of adhesion substances to increase the adsorption properties of mycelialpellets. Its surface area and extracellular polymeric flocculant modified mycelialpellets were significantly better than simply mycelial pellets.The study found that: the adsorption performance of the modified mycelialpellets of modified mycelial pellets of carbamazepine, estrone,17β-estradiol andestriol four kinds of personal care products has a good adsorption performance. Theexperimental results show that the compound microbial flocculant F+modifiedsamples F to+10mycelium ball carbamazepine, estrone,17β-estradiol and estrioladsorption rate of the four substances up to45%. By this compound microbialflocculant F+modified mycelial pellets at pH cLose to7environment, the adsorptionperformance is better than others; the adsorption effect of the low-temperatureenvironment in high temperature environment.
