The machining center is very important to manufacturing industry nowadays. The machining center is a kind of advanced machine tool in manufacturing industry that plays an important role in China economic upgrade, which achieves china dreams helpfully. At current, China is on crucial time of economy in transition. However the machining center has the low reliability nowadays. So the reliability of machining center is the bottleneck which restricts the development of processing industry in our country. For the production manufacturing as well as the enterprise consumers has closely watched the development of the reliability of machining center, especially for the enterprise consumers of machining center, which pay more attention to the real time reliability evaluation and prediction for machining center. There are essential differences between traditional reliability research and real time reliability research. The research of real time reliability evaluation and prediction is of great significance in purchasers of machining center from reliability evaluation and prediction, which helps the costumers of machining center establish the maintenance decision and spare part management, which enhance the core competition of enterprise to achieve economic and social effect. The thesis research the real time reliability evaluation and prediction for machining center, which mainly includes the following content:1Based on failure time the model is established, which applies the expert model to choose the best predict model and the parameter of the model, which predict the reliability level primarily based on the probability model and mathematical statistics method.2A new method based on functional fault for machining center was proposed, which the grey model GM(1,1) is introduced to the prediction of parameters of reliability models. 3The prediction of reliability based on the cutting resistance in order to residual working time of prediction ultimately.4The software of reliability of test analysis and evaluation is established, which is adequate for enterprise, which is browser/severs. The software is developed by MyEclipse, which uses the Java visit and storage the database by the MySQL, which reveal to the user by the JSP.Real time reliability evaluation and prediction for machining center is realized from various angles by the study and software procedure. The next of failure time of machining center comes true as well as the developing software which satisfy the customers.
