Leachate is one king of organic wastewater,which has high concentrations of pollutants, complex water quality and big concentration change etc. It contains a variety of toxic substances and carcinogens, but also has strong smell. So it is necessary to find an effective treatment method. This research mainly focuses on the early injection of landfill site, when the garbage make physical adsorption for leachate, set different adsorptive effect factors,so provides precondition for subsequent leachate treatment.Static test is mainly adjust the leachate by pH buffer, transferring to pH=4, pH=7, and pH=9respectively. According to take six grams of garbage, pour into30samples of the bottle, and then put the leachate into the bottles. Lastly, take them in a constant temperature of the shaking table for adsorption. According to different sampling time, determination of comprehensive index of inorganic characteristics and comprehensive index of organic pollutants. Analysis under different pH, different temperature, different kinds of garbage three influence factors, garbage adsorpt and release organic matter and ammonia nitrogen in leachate, and the mechanism of removing COD and ammonia nitrogen from landfill leachate is further discussed. Also analyze the existence forms of ammonia nitrogen at the same time, provide optimal conditions for microbial degradation. Selecting the optimal pH, temperature, and types of garbage, to achieve the ideal adsorption effect. Experimental results show that garbage had better adsorption effect, less release,when the optimal condition is:the leachate pH in alkaline condition, about pH=9or so; Temperature at about30degrees; Litter types for aging. Experiments also show that at pH=9, T=50, the existence of the leachate of ammonia nitrogen form is given priority to with free ammonia, less fixation state with increasing pH and temperature; Adsorption for leachate by garbage, the ammonia nitrogen in waste mainly in ammonia ion state.
