| Nano lfuids is a new class of heat transfer fluid containing suspended metallic ornon-metallic nano particles in traditional fluid. Some of its performance is muchbetter than this traditional approach which adds solid patriclcs in pure liquid. Nanofluids has the advantage of heat conduction ability, high stability, less wear ofequipment. In this context’ ZrO^-wiiter nano lfuids and Al-water nano fluids areconfigured? and studied nano lfuids tube flow characteristics. At last, the flowpattern has been analysed which was taken by the experiment? and verified bycalculation of simulation. In the paper uses "two-step" preparation nanometer rerfigerants, join the Nanofluid in deionized water, with decentralized means of add dispersantã€changc PHvalue and ultrasonic oscillations. This paper uses visual method and measure thetransmission analogy method to evaluate the stability of nano fluids ifnd the stabilityof ZrC>2nano lfuids better than the other three kinds of nano particlcs. This study investigated the mass rfaction of0.2%,0.4%,0,8%,1,2%ZrC>2-water nano lfuids, and the mass fraction of0.10%,0.15%,0.20%,0,25%Al-water nano fluids in the elbow straight flow characteristics within the tubeexpeirments. The results show that: In a laminar flow area, the nano fluids dragcociffcicnt in the elbow is greater than the drag coeiffcient of the straight tube at thesame mass fraction. And visualization research and numerical simulation results arecompared, Comparison of the numerical results with experimental results is similar.Under the same Reynolds section f With the increase of the mass rfaction of nanolfuids’ its current level of confusion is bigger. Under the not same Reynolds number,Same mass fraction of nano lfuids flow, fluid relatively large degree of confusion insome small Reynolds. To veirfy the reliability of the parameters used in thecorrectness of the experiment and numerical simulation. Using high-speed She YingYi get the gas-liquid two phase flow image of nano fluids lfow in tube, using MAT LAB to carry out the digital image processing, the image of which is taken byexperiment. This is consistent with the conclusion obtained by the experimentalresults. |
