The cold-rolled steel with special surface morphology has wide applications inmanufacturing industry, especially in the car and the home appliance industries.Using the high performance of optical fiber laser processing and the flexibleserviceability of industry robot, we can compose highly effective, multi-purposeand flexible laser processing platform, which is a hot spot in texturing domain.However, the traditional laser texturing has some shortcomings, such as the lowefficiency, low flexible, texturing morphology uncontrolled, disorder texturingunrealizable and so on. It is becoming more and more difficult to satisfy the requestof laser texturing.This paper established texturing program for fiber laser flexible workstationbased on PLC control technology and human-computer interface system. Thissoftware system was composed of five systems, including fiber laser system, robotsystem, slippery set system, automatic positioning system and air stream system.Each system was controlled independently by PLC program and the man-machinecommunication was realized by the man-machine interface. This software systemcould be highly effective and quick realize relevant processing such as the orderlytexturing, disorder texturing and the decorative pattern of the texturing. At the sametime, the stability of the system and maintainability was greatly improved. Throughthe scheme design of texturing program for fiber laser flexible workstation, thedesign of overall framework and information communication and logicalrelationship, we established PLC system to control subsystems like fiber lasersystem, robot system, slippery set system, automatic find the position system and airstream system, and designed the work path of optical fiber laser flexible workstation,and also designed and introduced the man-machine interface, and designed anddebugged the orderly texturing, disorder texturing and the decorative pattern of thetexturing software, and confirmed the process parameters reasonable range at last.Experimental results showed that the software can realize various processing,including the orderly texturing, the disorder texturing and the decorative pattern ofthe texturing. The disorder texturing can control the directions of the disordertexturing, including peripheral direction, axis direction and depth direction. Thedecorative pattern of texturing can realize a lot of decorative pattern design, such as grid pattern, diamond pattern, undaform pattern and so on.
