| The organic chloride in crude oil mainly exist with the shape of ethylenedichloride, trichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride, epichlorohydrin and chlorinated aromatichydrocarbon. During the process of crude oil processing, organic chloride can bedecomposed into HCl by300℃high temperature heating, which may cause the problemof equipment corrosion, pipe blockage and catalyst poisoning. Currently there is noeffective method to removal organic chloride in crude oil, there are mainly two methodsused for the determination of organic chloride content in crude oil which areCombustion-micro coulometer method and the combustion-ion chromatography, theformer result is always smaller because the inorganic chloride ion adsorption to quartz tube, the latter’s cost is higher. This paper for the first time, using the Phase transfer-Distillationenrichment-Titration method for the determination of organic chloride content in thesimulation crude oil, and inspected the removal function of the dosage of the organicchlorine transfer agent, and this method is applied to real crude oil, have importantpractical significance and application value. The Phase transfer-Distillation enrichment-Titration method was established and usedfor the determination of organic chloride content in the chloralkane and epichlorohydrinsimulated oil. It is accurate. The relative error is less than6%, and the relative standarddeviation (RSD) is less than0.02, and meet the industrial production requirements. Thismethod can’t determine organic chloride content in chlorobenzene simulation oil. Accuratedetermination of inorganic chloride concentration in water phase should be greater than2×10-3mol/L by Titration method. The relative error is less than4%, and the recoveries isgreater than90%. The inorganic chloride concentration less than2×10-3mol/L can bedetermined accurately by the Distillation enrichment-Titration method. The relative error isless than4%, and the recoveries is greater than95%.Due to the inorganic chloride ion adsorption to quartz tube, the determination of theorganic chloride content in simulation Crude oil is always smaller by the micro coulombchlorine titration instrument, The relative error is less than20%; By the method of the Phase transfer-Distillation enrichment-Titration and micro coulomb chlorine titrationinstrument, the determination of organic chloride content in oil containing organic sulfurshall not be affected. The experiment results show that, the dosage of the organic chloride transfer agent for45times of organic chloride content, the removal rate of organic chloride in thechloralkane simulation oil is over90%; The dosage of the organic chloride transfer agentfor23times of organic chloride content, the removal rate of organic chloride in theepichlorohydrin simulation oil is over90%; The removal experiment results show that, thePhase transfer-Distillation enrichment-Titration method was used for the determination oforganic chloride content in a portion of crude oil, the dosage of the organic chlorinetransfer agent is4080ppm, most of organic chloride in crude oil can be removed when theorganic chloride content is less than15ppm. |
