With social economic development and technology continuous improvement, risks invarious industries have become more and more diversified and complicated employees arefaced with all kinds of risks in different industries and different enterprises. Due to thediversification of industry, the types of trades have become diversified and division way of thetypes is also different. Even though it is happening, at presents, there is no one division basedon the person’s risk-free. Most of the enterprise employees are exposed to hazardous workingenvironment for a long time. Besides, work-related accidents are also emerging and employeesafety issues are worrying. Therefore, in order to improve safety management level ofenterprise personnel, to ensure the normal operation of the enterprise and the development ofappropriate risk transfer, it is essential to provide more scientific research on riskidentification and analysis for enterprise employees.This article firstly analyzes the nature and working environment of the various types ofwork, and identifies its underlying risk factors. In the context of enterprise risk independent ofeach employee, employee personal risk factors such as human error is ignored, separatelyestimated the risk basic values R for each type. According to the various types of operationsequipment and production processes, the two indicators risk exposure frequency andcriticality which put the most effect on basic value-at-risk of employees are set to basic riskcoefficients A and B. Secondly taking the hazards of turner as example, respectively grate Aand B, and determine actual risk coefficient of each level by expert scores. As long as identifythe level A and B of the various types, it will determine ultimate basic value-at-risk. Againcombined domestic fire, and explosion, and poisoning related risk evaluation model, the riskemployees within a radius of their deaths and a radius of their serious injuries are evaluated.All fire, and explosion, and poisoning risk each employees faced take as the special risk,using volume product formula reasonably assemble the basic risk value of employees and allspecial risk value, therefore the actual risk value of employees is given, and enterprise employees overall injury risk is accurately estimated. Then based on the results of evaluation,corresponding to the different risk profile for each employee, develop scientific models ofemployer liability insurance. Finally, taking a chemical company pesticide plant as anexample, the personnel injury risk analysis and evaluation of the research mode has beenapplied.
