In light of the three element composite pipe scaling problem, this dissertationuses cavitation jet principle, put forward new technological method. Due tocavitation jet technology research theory is not mature, by using numericalsimulation technology, laboratory and field test research methods, studyscavitation jet in pipeline cleaning process,and cavitation condition, reachs thepurpose of cleaning pipe scale by enormous impact of a bubble collapsed, andindependently develops a vane type cavitation jet cleaner (100042006.7), putforward vane type cavitation jet cleaning process design method.First of all,This dissertation elaborates primary, development and collapseprocess of cavitation using the theoretical point of view, describes conditions ofcavitation inception, discrimination method of cavitation generating,effect ofcavitation collapse and provides a scientific basis for cavitation jet cleaningprocess.Then, using the fluent software to the vane type cavitation jet simulatecleaning process flow field numerical simulation. Based on the model ofgeometric parameters, physical description of the selection of process parameters,finite element mesh generation, numerical calculation, smooth work,obtainsnumerical simulation flow field of cavitation conditions. In turn, using thecavitation condition, obtains vane type cavitation jet cleaner design method.After that,using the self-developed vane type cavitation jet cleaner andindependent design cavitation jet test, studys under laboratory conditions.validating the result of numerical simulation accuracy.At the same time on theviscosity of the fluid, environment temperature, blade roughness parameters isresearched.Finally, according to characteristics of the three element composite pipelinefouling quality, through field test, further verifys effectiveness of vane type cavitation jet cleaning method. At the same time, using of metallographicstructure analysis method explans the pipeline delay fouling mechanism on sitetest.
