Along with the merging of traditional industry and computer technology,manufacturing has gradually turned into informatization, intelligence and automation,so virtual manufacturing technology emerges as the times required. Recently, it hasbecome a hot spot for the scholars at home and abroad. In the actual machiningprocess, tool wear, cutting force deformation and thermal deformation are inevitable,whose machining error directly affect the product surface quality and machiningaccuracy. So CNC milling tool wear and machining error analysis and compensationresearch have important theoretical and practical significance.Virtual NC milling tool wear and machining error are researched in this work,the processing parameters of tool wear are fully considered based on NC millingphysical simulation, We adopt different tool parameters and cutting parameters forCNC milling combination experiment, and realize the ball head milling cutter wearmodeling and forecasting, In addition, the correctness of the model is verified by theexperiments have established; Comprehensively consider the influences of variousfactors on the NC milling machining error, the machining error models of the ballhead milling cutter deformation, heating deformation, tool wear and workpieceheated deformation has established, and AdvantEdge FEM is used to carrysimulation analysis, at the same time, vector superposition is used to establish anintegrated error model, to do compensation research through integrated error. Basedon the obtained integrated error compensation values, to modify tool path coordinate,and then realize the adjustment of NC machining procedure. Combined with someexamples of integrated model of accuracy and reliability test and verify; At the sametime, based on VC++development platform, combined with the application of thesoftware MATLAB and database calls, a virtual NC milling machining errorsimulation system has developed.The cutting processing experiments to verify the stability and rationality of NC milling machining error simulation system, it can guide actual processing andimprove the utilization rate and machining efficiency of machine tools, thus toachieve the purpose of saving cost.
