Because of the high stability and excellent electrical conductivity, Carbonnano-tubes have become the hotspot in the field of new materials. Depending on theπ delocalization, it would be an ideal one-dimensional quantum wire which behavesmetal or semiconductor type. This paper combined the carbon nano-tubes withpolysilane and fitted all levels of structures of delocalization of the σ-π into a newone. It could have important values for developing new type conductive polymermaterials. The main contents of this paper were that pulling the carboxyl group intosidewall of the carbon nanotube with acidic perssad and chloride modification it then;graft carbon nanotubes with a π electron groups, such as hydroquinone. In addition, three different types of polysilanes could be obtained by using the methods of GF(grafting-form). The intermediates have been characterized through the infraredspectroscopy (IR), thermal gravimetry analysis (TGA), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and electron microscopy analysis(EMA) to investigate its effect andfeasibility. The results showed that: excellent effects could be achieved through acidifiedcarbon nano-tubes with150ml nitric acid(5.8mol/L) and5ml sulfuric acid, themore introduced carboxyl groups the less damage; In the reaction of carbonnano-tubes graft, in which triethylamine was as regents; acetone as solvent, thehydroquinone could be grafted into the carbon nano-tubes with catalyst triethylamineefficiently; under the condition of N2gas protection, DMF was as a solvent, pyridineas a catalyst, three types monomer of dichlorosilane could be grafted into carbonnano-tubes; using method of GF, three different of polysilanes could be grafted intothe modified carbon nano-tubes; more enhanced conductivity have been obtainedthan polysilane without modified, less conductivity than the raw carbon nanobubes.
