The problem of eutrophication is very serious in our country, the water ecological system deteriorated due to eutrophication,it has restrict the main factor of our country and the development of economic.Biological floating bed technology has been used in a lot of eutrophication management and engineering experiments, found a number of problems in the specific practice,for example,cover a large area in land seedingã€spending too longã€the environmental and economic benefits is not high by cultivating plants,so on.This study will put the water spinach through different concentration (1mg/L,5mg/L,10mg/L,15mg/L,20mg/L) GA3solution and different diluted times (1/50,1/100,1/200,1/300,1/500) EM bacteria solution treat, transplant the biological floating bed to experiment through cutting cultivation methods,according to the time change,observe the characteristics of the physical, biological,such as the survival rates of water spinachã€plant diameterã€plant lengthã€the number of new plant rootã€the length of new plant rootã€the number of new leaves〠the number of new branchesã€the change of biomassã€cultivated plants purify the effect of water quality and so on, explore the research projects to the correlation of plant and the plant growth modifier.(1) the growth of cutting water spinachThe process of entire experiment, put the water spinach through different concentration GA3solution and different diluted times EM bacteria solution treat, transplant the biological floating bed to experiment through cutting cultivation methods.After30days observated, the experimental plants all can survive, the survival rate nearly99%, every plant have new roots,new leaves, new shoots grow, plant diameter, plant length, root length, biomass increased significantly. In the initial stages,plants growed fast for the abundance of nutrients and later restrained due to the lack of nutrients and decrease of DO in water.(2) GA3and EM bacteria to the influence of water spinachOverall, the growth of water spinach, through the GA3solution and EM bacteria solution processed, are better than the blank control.Different concentration GA3solution and different diluted times EM bacteria solution have little effect on the root and root length of water spinach,it has different influence on the other parts of the growth,15mg/L GA3solution and the1/100EM bacteria solution is a significant promote in water spinach new leavesã€new branchesã€plant diameterã€plant lengthã€biomass.(3) the change of water quality index for cutting water spinachBefore the start of experiment, the10day, the20day,the30day, monitoring the water quality of the water samples. Analyzed the data,the experimental water samples of DOã€pH〠TNã€TPã€COD changes are closely related to the growth of cuttings cultivated plants.Each experimental plants can absorbã€degradate the water sample of nitrogen, phosphorus and other organic compounds.In the initial of20days,the water samples DOã€pHã€TNã€TP. COD along with the growth of the plants and falling rapidly, and then, the influence of nutrient and DO, growth slowed, DO. pHã€TNã€TPã€COD is slow declined.(4) analyze the water purification effect of cutting water spinachAnalyze the removal efficiency of experimental plants.For different concentration GA3solution,the15mg/L GA3solution treatment removal efficiency of TNã€TPã€COD is best,20mg/L is worst, blank control followed.And for EM bacteria solution, diluted times for1/100of the EM bacteria solution is the best of processing TNã€TPã€COD, the effect of other dilution from good to bad are1/50,1/200,1/300, blank control,1/500.(5) comprehensive evaluationResearch shows, put the different concentration GA3solution and different diluted times EM bacteria solution treated water spinach through cutting cultivation methods transplanting to biological floating bed is practicable, the technology can reduce the area of land seedling and short time.During the experiments, water spinach all can growth (including blank control), exogenous reagent play a role in promoting to the growth of plan;reduce the removal efficiency TNã€TPã€COD significantly.This research can be improve the technology of eutrophication water through cultivation vegetables transplanting to biological floating bed, and the technology provide good technical support for the popularization and application. |
