| As technology of ocean exploration and mining continues development, marineengineering equipment manufacturing and construction methods are constantly improved.Subsea pipeline damage and oil spills may occurres because of uncertainties and the increaseof subsea pipeline and the increase of the useful life of the pipeline. Once the pipeline damageand leakage,resulting in not only interruptions of oil and gas gathering and production of theenterprise and national economic losses, but also environment pollution and ecologicaldamage of the marine. As the damage of the marine environment and marine ecologicalcaused by the leak of submarine pipeline leak is extremely serious, and the pluggingoperations of deepsea pipeline are very difficult, you need specialized equipment to achievethe isolation of leak quickly.Emergency isolation of the leak of deep-sea pipeline is still blank in China. The U.S.Gulf of Mexico oil spill in April2010alert,technology research for fast block anddevelopment of emergency sealing device is significant.The purpose of this project is to develop emergency leak plugging device used in deep-seaoil and gas pipeline with independent intellectual property rights, resulting prototype projectto prepare for undersea oil and gas emergency response applications, reducing the risk ofChina’s offshore construction.Paper reviews the development of the traditional maintenance ofundersea oil and gas leakage as well as the submarine pipeline emergent isolationprograms.Paper made the overall design of leak plugging device,learning from pluggingmeasures of the U.S. Gulf of Mexico oil spill in April2010and the traditional maintenance ofundersea oil and gas leakage.Paper describes the principle of internal expansion-type closureand the overall structure of the plug and complete the overall design by the use of pro/Esoftware.Papers carried out analysis and calculation on the behavior of the locking mechanism ofmechanical structure,referring to the knowledge of tube anchoring at home and abroad.Amethod is brought forward which is used in analyzing the relationship between the shape oflocking slider’s teeth and the penetration depth. Based on theoretical analysis of the radialswelling of wedge, the top part of the Screw tooth embedded in the pipe wall to meet the axiallocation is verified. Based on research method of contact problem for elastic-plastic mechanics, the feasibility of anchoring tube of mechanical structure is verified.A method is brought forward which is used in analyzing the deformation behavior of theradial generated by the axial compression of the ring. Based on theoretical calculation andsimulation of working conditions of Sealing mechanism, achieving sealing by compressingring seal to meet the requirements is verified.Theoretical calculations and analysis showed that the design of the sealing device meetthe closure requirements and has laid a solid foundation for the development of prototype. |
