This research was focused on the soil aquasorb which used of natural polymer materials. The main ingredient of soil aquasorb is super absorbent polymer, which abbreviated as SAP. The theoretical basis is taken advantage of the natural polymer materials, monomer, initiator, crosslinker to synthesize aquasorb. Nowadays, the topic focused on is how to use the natural polymer materials, like starch, cellulose to change the nature of aquasorb. The researcher want to combine the degradability of the the natural polymer materials and the absorbent, the water retention of SAP.On this basis, continue to improve the synthesis method--the microwave synthesis, it is efficient, fast, and cheap. On the other side, it reduce the pollution which caused by the traditional chemical synthesis methods.Make the waste straw drying and crushed. Combine the waste straw with monomer, crosslinker, initiator to prepare the superabsorbent polymer by microwave radiation. Use the orthogonal optimization to get the optimum conditions:microwave reactor fire for5minutes, the mass ratio of AA:AM is1:2, the quality of APS and MBA accounted for1%of the monomer, the neutralization degree is80%. Test the water absorbency of superabsorbent polymer prepared in the optimum condition, the results show that:the superabsorbent polymer having a good absorbent, the maximum water absorbency in distilled water is144.81g/g, and in0.9%NaCl is41.63g/g.Add potassium chloride to prepare soil aquasorb with superabsorbent polymer, which prepared on the first part. Using infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy to analysis the structural of aquasorb. The results showed that the cellulose and superabsorbent polymer synthesize successfully. The soil aquasorb reduce the water absorbent, and enhance the salt tolerance. The honeycomb structure of the aquasorb conducive to absorption and storage of water. This paper carried out a preliminary study of the aquasorb in soil. First, research the degradation rate of aquasorb in soil. Secondly applied aquasorb at the early soybean germination and mature soybean plants, observing its impact on soybean growth and development. Thirdly, mixed the aquasorb and urea into the soil, observing the effect on converts urea. The results show that:the aquasorb in soil is biodegradable, and the degradation rate is related to the soil temperature and other factors; the aquasorb could promote the improvement of soybean germination rate, it could maintain the water needed by the mature soybean plant growth under drought conditions; mixed the aquasorb with urea, it adsorb the urea and release slowly, delayed the conversion rate of the urea in the soil, reduce the loss of ammonia nitrogen, and improve the utilization of urea, it provide a theoretical basis for the study of slow-release fertilizer.
