Acid gas absorption process is an important part of the chemical industry,especially in a situation that the energy crisis become more and more serious in today’sworld. Natural gas purification and take full advantage of it is one of the importantresearch of chemical field. Recently, the environmental requirements are increasinglystrict, the pollution treatment standards are increasingly regorous, so acid gas treatmentand utilization will become a research focus.Desulfurization and decarbonization of natural gas is the core content of the gaspurification process, there are many metholds in actural production. The amine andsulfone amine are more widely used in chemical industry. This paper describes theprocess of acid gas removal by using several different amines, regresses the relevantparameters of solubility data and develops the software of the absorption process. Thisthesis is built on a semi-empirical and semi-theoretical approach to reduce the numberof parameters in the chemical unit. The use of empirical data in the process makes theresults more applicable to engineering practice, and makes the data eror as small aspossible between the calculation results of the software and the actual production. Thesolubility data in solvents plays an important role in the designment and developmentof the absorption unit. By finding the H2S and CO2solubility data at a temperature andan amine concentration commonly used in industry, and regressing these data with theappropriate software, we can get the mathematical model equation. In the process ofdata fitting, through the correlation coefficient of different formula provided by thesoftware to determine the form of an equation, and finally get a detailed error analysisto the fitting equation, to ensure the accuracy of the fitting formula, in order todetermine the mathematical model equation can be used in practical. The absorptionprocess of H2S and CO2in the plate tower was calculated in step by step calculation byusing the enthalpy balance method, and was written in computer language.Based on the equilibrium partial pressure mathematical model equation, thispaper analyzes its precision and practicality, at the same time, for acid gas absorptionpart, this paper provides calculation method of semi empirical and semi theory, finallythe more reliable absorption software was builded, in order to facilitate the actualabsorption process of H2S and CO2.
