Hot-plate was the main components of rubber molding equipment such as flat vulcanizing machine and rubber injection machine. Hot-plate heating method was divided into three forms,which were steam heating,electric heating and oil heating.Conveyor belt plate vulcanizing machine was belong to large plate vulcanizing machine.Basically the hot plate had steam heating structure. Although steam-heated hot plate whose surface temperature was distributded uniform,the temperature distribution of its borders was not very ideal,which made large deviation of hot plate surface temperature,and make the belt vulcanizing inconsistent quality. In view of this situation,In this paper, the simulation was made to analysis the conveyor belt of the plate vulcanizing hot plate temperature field distribution,so as to change the hot plate structure design.This thesis mainly work are as follows:(1) Explained the basic knowledge of heat transfer,according to actual Plate vulcanizing machine hot plate to establish mathematical models and physical models of hotplate;(2) And on this basis, made finite element analysis for the hot plate model,used of ANSYS software divided into grids,at the same time,simulated on the hot plate temperature field,draw a hot plate temperature field distribution.(3) In order to facilitate visual analysis,according to polynomial least squares principle,applicated of MATLAB software,fitted the function equation of hot plate boundary temperature changes at different locations,and gave the temperature changes with distance graphs.(4) Utilized the finite element ANSYS software to optimize non-uniform temperature distribution of hot-plate boundary, Given8optimizated temperature field distribution map on both ends of the hot plate.(5)The conclusion was that in meeting the requirements of processing cases, border pipe spacing more dense,the quality of vulcanization of conveyor belt was better.
