As DingBian Oil production plant development intensity and crude oil output increasing,production management is getting more and more diiffcult, crudc oil transportationconstruction of Fanxue oil region to be badly in need of adjustment and optimization.Combination crude oil pipeline project of Fanxue oil region, research on optimization designand reliability technology of oil pipeline. To meet the task throughput, seeking the optimalpipe diameter, wall thickness, heat pump station several important technique parameter, Inorder to reduce the investment of pipeline engineeirng and improve the reliability of pipelinesystem.Based on the analysis of crude oil transportation process and crude oil properties and characteristics of Fanxue oil region,select the heat sealed heat insulation conveying as the pipeline technology; According to the topography and geomorphology, hydrogeology conditionsand the human condition, On the eastern and western two lines for economic and technicalanalysis, to select the west line project of crude oil pipeline as the best route scheme; toestablish crude oil pipeline optimization design mathematical of Fanxue oil region, combinedwith Fanxue Oil Region of crudc oil transmission pipeline characteristics to optimize thedesign of the pipeline; According to the principle of minimum pipe investment and operationcost, ifnd the optimal design; On the scene investigation for You fang zhuang-Dong ren gou,find out the inherent or potential dangerous factors; The use of fault tree analysis, establishedthe failure fault tree of buried pipeline; Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, identifythe weak links in the system, help to develop pipeline maintenance measures.Paper use the principle of minimum cost for Fanxue oil region crude oil pipelineoptimization design, ifnd the optimal design and reducing the investment of pipelineengineering.
