In this paper, the apparent-kinetics and intra-particle diffusion efficiency factors of a new methanol synthesis catalyst NC309, prepared by Nanhua Group, were studied, which has important industrial background and application value. On the one hand, the apparent-kinetics of NC309with the size of Φ5*5mm was researched under a space velocity of4000h-1, a temperature of190~250℃range and a pressure of5~8MP range and the experiment data was obtained. The Langmuir-Hinshelwood type kinetics model was chosen to setup the apparent-kinetics functions of hydrogenations of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, and the intermediate parameters were fit by the method of Levenberge-Marquardt combination with the improved method of Genetic-Algorithm. On the other hand, the diffusion-reaction mathematics models of main components involved in the reactions were set up and solved by the method of the orthogonal distribution to get the simulation values of intra-particle diffusion efficiency factors of CO and CO2. At last, it was found that the measured values were well compared with the simulation values. |
