Chitosan molecular structure contained lots of dissociated amidogen which under the acidic conditions should be protonize, it caused the chitosan molecule catched the positive charge,while the majority dye pigment ion in the dye liquor are negative,so it made the chitosan can be treated as adsorbing material in dye liquid waste aim to decoloration. As a flocculant element, it’s structure include lots of disengaged amidogen and hydroxy, it is not only have high-efficient flocculation effect,but also with perfect biocompatibility, biodegradability, nontoxic and antibiotic ability etc, so it has certain advantages when to be uesed as adsorbing material.This thesis takes the chitin as raw materials, under certain controlled condition made out a series of chitosan with different degree of deacetylation and molecular weight. And explore such as mass ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time, oxidant concentration on the influence of degree of deacetylation and molecular weight. This thesis detailedly from the following two aspects explores the chitosan adsorption performance of dyes.(1)Chitosan adsorption ability research for phthalocyanines dye simulating wastewater:from decolourization rate and adsorption capacity two aspects discusses the chitosan dosage, adsorption temperature, adsorption time, medium pH, dye concentration, chitosan degree of deacetylation and molecular weight etc factor on absorbability effect. The experimental results show that:(a)the degree of deacetylation of chitosan is92%, molecular weight is13062, the dosages is0.05g, T=45℃, t=120min, the concentration of active turquoise blue is60mg/L, V=50mL, pH=6.9, the decolourization rate is93.43%, the absorbability of the dye on chitosan is58.56mg/g.(b) the degree of deacetylation of chitosan is92%, molecular weight is13062, the dosages is0.04g, T=25℃, t=180min, the concentration of directly sunproof turquoise blue is6mg/L, V=100mL, pH=8, the decolourization rate is60.44%, the absorbability of the dye on chitosan is13.13mg/g.In addition, about the chitosan adsorb activity turquoise blue and directly sunproof turquoise blue have been done the thermodynamics and kinetics research, the research shows that:its behavior all conforms to the equation of Langmuir and Freundlich, and pass the characterized by IR and SEM results, it confirmed the chitosan adsorb activeturquoise blue and directly sunproof turquoise. (2) Chitosan adsorption ability research for azo dye simulating wastewater: from discoloration rate and adsorption capacity two aspects discusses the chitosan dosage, adsorption temperature, adsorption time, medium pH, dye concentration, chitosan degree of deacetylation and molecular weight etc factor on absorbability effect. The experimental results show that:(a) Direct orange:the degree of deacetylation of chitosan is92%, molecular weight is13062, the dosages is0.05g, T=45℃, t=180min, the concentration of directly orange is30mg/L, V=50mL, pH=6.7, the decolourization rate is97.90%, the absorbability of the dye on chitosan is29.41mg/g.(b) Direct red:the degree of deacetylation of chitosan is92%, molecular weight is13062, the dosages is0.03g, T=45℃, t=120min, the concentration of directly red is30mg/L, V=100mL, pH=6.47, the decolourization rate is92.67%, the absorbability of the dye on chitosan is93.5mg/g.(c) Acidic orange:the degree of deacetylation of chitosan is92%, molecular weight is13062, the dosages is0.01g, T=25℃, t=240min, the concentration of acidic orange is18mg/L, V=100mL, pH=4.04, the decolourization rate is89.35%, the absorbability of the dye on chitosan is105.68mg/g.(d) Reactive light yellow:the degree of deacetylation of chitosan is92%, molecular weight is13062, the dosages is0.02g, T=45℃, t=100min, the concentration of reactive light yellow is30mg/L, V=100mL, pH=4.12, the decolourization rate is82.62%, the absorbability of the dye on chitosan is118.19mg/g. (e) Reactive brilliant red:the degree of deacetylation of chitosan is92%, molecular weight is13062, the dosages is0.03g, T=35℃, t=180min, the concentration of reactive brilliant red is30mg/L, V=50mL, pH=6.12, the decolourization rate is79.85%, the absorbability of the dye on chitosan is66.82mg/g.Furthermore, about the chitosan adsorb activity turquoise blue and directly sunproof turquoise blue have been done the thermodynamics and kinetics research, the research shows that:its behavior all conforms to the equation of Langmuir and Freundlich, and pass the characterized by IR and SEM results, it confirmed the chitosan adsorb activeturquoise blue and directly sunproof turquoise, it confirmed that chitosan adsorption of this kinds of dyes.
