With the continuous socio-economic and industrial development, environmentalproblems have become increasingly serious. Air pollution has become one of the majorenvironmental issues of concern. In order to control air pollution effectively, In order topropose appropriate pollution integrated control countermeasure, it must be made ascientific and objective of air quality assessment at first. Therefore, it must be discussedthe methods and means of air quality assessment in-depthly. These have obvioussignificance for further excavating the theory of air quality assessment and guiding thepractical management of atmospheric environment.This paper establishes modified attribute recognition model. It combinesatmospheric environment characteristics of Pingdingshan mine. And it combines theattribute recognition theory model which is based on coefficient method of variation. Italso integrate pollution index evaluation method with fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod to evaluate air quality assessment from2006to2010in Pingdingshan mine. Theauthor bases on different situations between the evaluation results to generalize theapplicable degree of the three air quality assessment model. Integrated pollution indexevaluation method is easy to highlight the pollution contribution to major pollutants.Based on the evaluation criteria, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method divides intothree levels of pollution, so the fuzzy model is not enough detailed for the evaluationresults of split function. Modified attribute recognition model can determine a moredetailed evaluation of environmental quality grades and a more accurate evaluation ofthe results. It can generally reflect the situation of air pollution.Air pollution of Pingdingshan mine is mainly due to irrational energy structure thatcauses for the situation not optimistic because industry exhaust is not emission standard.It proposes the air pollution integrated control countermeasure in mine. It can adjustenergy structure and promote clean production technologies. It can promote the use ofthe technology which is dust removal and desulfurization. It can improve the ecologicalcapacity of the mine. It can use the technology of low-temperature heat source. It canimprove environmental supervision capacity. It can install the coal transportation-washing-shipment dust suppression system. It can increase the green area of the mine,etc.
