In this paper, the natural zeolite as raw material, ZSM-5zeolites was prepared by organicamines hydrothermal synthesis, the synthetic samples are characterized by N2adsorption-desorption, SEM, XRD. There are six factors systematically, discussed in the paper, they are types of template, amount of template, crystallization temperature, crystallization time, aging time and the silica-alumina ratio of zeolite. The six factors make an impact on the specificsurface area, pore volume, average pore diameter, micro morphology, relative crystallinity of thesynthetic samplesThe experiment results shows that the main impact factors are types of template, amount of template, aging time, crystallization temperature, crystallization time and thesilica-alumina ratio of zeolite. The above factors can impact the structure parameters ofthe samples that prepared by organic amines hydrothermal synthesis. Through the testfound that Fuxin natural zeolite was adopted as raw material, butylamine as templatingagent and butylamine dosage is0.3mol, aging time is12h, the crystallizationtemperature is170℃, crystallization time is48h, the physical and chemical properties ofsynthetic samples that prepared under the above condition are exceedingly good, theaverage pore diameter(Diameter) can reach to1.535nm, the pore volume is0.025cc/g, thespecific surface area is28.542㎡/g, the relative crystallinity is96.34%.The formation mechanism of zeolite structural units in the process of synthesising ZSM-5zeolite, the mechanism of the organic amine template in the crystallization process, thecrystallization mechanism of synthesising ZSM-5zeolite and the mechanism of calcinedfor removing the template are preliminarily studied...
