| We choose crude ore of a copper mine in Liaoning as the object of this study, the mainmetallic mineral are copper pyrite, iron pyrites and zinc blende. From the composition structureand properties of the ore, the multi-element chemical analysis, mineral composition analysis，particle size analysis and phase analysis of copper ore. Based on the ore condition test todetermine the selection of copper, the best conditions were grinding10minutes,-0.074mm in75%, pH value of pulp in11. In the inhibition of drug test research, optimize medicament systemof zinc sulfate and sodium sulfite solution from three kinds of scheme, and determine the optimalcondition: zinc sulfate500g/t, sodium sulfite500g/t and mixing2min. Though to the experimentof collector, the optimal conditions were: xanthate15g/t, aerofloat15g/t, stirring2min,concentrating three times and scavenging two times. Then we studied the the experimentalconditions of zinc and sulfur, and determined the best conditions of zinc: copper sulfate200g/t,xanthate10g/t, concentrating three times and scavenging two times. pH in13; the best conditionsof sulfur: adding activating agent sulfuric acid1200g/t, pH in10.5.Through the experiment we know that copper grade and recovery rate were proportional togrinding fineness, while increasing the grinding fineness can reduce the loss of zinc and sulfur incopper concentrate. PH can control productivity of copper concentrate and restrain pyriteeffectively. Appropriate medicament system has a very good effect to improve the concentrategrade. A small closed-circuit test shows that,26.97%of copper were obtained from the ore withrecovery rate of93.54%;49.4%of zinc were obtained with recovery rate of73.01%;39.48%ofsulfur were obtained with recovery rate of78.64%. The copper concentrate grade we selectedthrough the closed test can achieve the copper concentrate grade standard of market requirements,and it has good development prospect and market value. |
