With the increase of coal production capacity, the amount of dust has grown in thewhole production process. This impacts great on the workshop environment and thephysical and mental health of workers. So it is significant for research on coal dustmigration regularity and the concentration distribution.In this paper, we focus on the crusher that produces a large amount of coal dust.Using the theories of gas-solid two-phase flow, limited space and free space fluidmechanics, we study the rules of the dust particle movement. We aim to draw dustdiffuse mechanism in the crusher coal drop pipe and material guide device, andinvestigate the related Influencing factors by combining theory with practice. And weuse the Fluent Fluid Mechanics Software to simulate dust diffusion migration rule andthe concentration distribution in coal drop pipe and material guide device internal andexternal space. Finally we get dust trajectories of particles with different sizes in coaldrop pipe and material guide device. Our observations provide scientific basis for theselection of the dust control scheme and the dust removal equipment type. We use thebig bag dust collector in the material guide device, and simulate the dust concentrationdistribution of outer space after dust elimination. By actual measurement, we verifiedthe simulated results and the measured values are in substantial agreement. Our methodand conclusion provide reference for dust control in the similar industries.
