This paper is mainly for studying the tail blanking tube and tail which are the majordust sources in Coal Preparation of Wangzhuang Mine in Lu’an Group, combined withthe gas-solid flow theory, using coupled multi-physics analysis software to analyze dustdissipation mechanism. Dust pollution of the tail blanking tube mainly dues to that whentranspersite belt coal blanks from the top of blanking tube high pressure induced airflowwas generated in blanking tube and dust dissipates along at both ends of the guide tubewas found through the field investigation. Dust pollution of tail dues to tail dustrejection. For such problems, high-pressure fog dust removal technology is presented. Inthe induction of merry mechanism building multiphase flow mathematical model,through the use of Eulerian and Lagrangian numerical simulation method to study on themechanism of dust dissipation and the micro-mist dispersion and dust dissipation aftermicro-mist spray. The numerical simulation results match actual field, and dustconcentration reduces from80mg/m3to3.2mg/m3. The dust removal program achievesgood results. The study and achievements provide a reference for the dust control ofthermal power plant, quarry plant, chemical plant and other related industries.
