Bisphenol A, called endocrine disruption chemicals, has adverse effects on primary andoffspring reproductive system and its development、brain and nervous system、immunesystem, etc. Following the widely use of bisphenol A containing packaging matetial, theproblem comes up which concerns on bisphenol A migration from packaging materials intothe food. So, this paper innovatively screened highly efficient degradation strains frombeneficial bacteria in order to explore a new way of bisphenol A degradation. Also, this paperstudied the source of the active substance degradating BPA. And the degradation effects inactual food system were preliminarily verified through the addition of the sustained releasemicrospheres.First, six highly efficient strains were screened from laboratory self-screening beneficialbacteria. The BPA degradation rates were between20.34%~64.83%after culturing48h under37℃. The degradation products of Lactobacillus reuteri showed that there wasn’t any toxicand hazadous substances like HAP、HBAL、4HB and Phenol. Also, the experiment studiedthe factors of degradating time、initial concentration、pH、temperature and liquid volumnwhich have impact on bisphenol A degration capacity. The optimized degradation condition:bisphenol A concentration600~1200μg/L、initial pH6~7、inoculation rate0.1%、tempreture35~37℃, the degradation rate is69.90%under the optimized conditions after cultivation32h.Second, the paper studied the removal of bisphenol A caused by cell adsorption、extracellular extracts and intracellular extracts, which were extracted from Lactobacillusreuteri. The results demonstrated that the degradation capacity of Lactobacillus reuteri wasmainly contributed to the intracellular extracts. Furthermore, the active substance wasdemonstrated to be a kind of enzyme through the processing of protease and ammoniumsulfate. Then, we prepared enzymatic sustained release formulations with the materials ofPLGA and PVA. And when the ratio of PLGA to PVA is2.5, the sustained release was good.At last, after the addition of the sustained release formulation in pre-package canned drinks, the release of the enzyme can extended to over40days. The migration amount of BPA inactual canned samples increased slowly over time. With the function of sustained releaseformulation, the amount of BPA decreased between0.8~1.0μg/L in the first day and it’salmost to0μg/L in thirtieth days.
